Shipping policy
We ship to addresses within Australia only.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping on single books is $9.95 Australia-wide via Australia Post Parcel Post.
Free shipping is offered on selected bundle and bulk pack products. The free shipping inclusion is shown on the relevant product page and applied automatically at checkout. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be communicated at checkout.
Dispatch time
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Signed copies may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Delivery time
All orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post. Delivery typically takes:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
These are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@mattformston.com with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
Lost parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel hasn't moved for more than 10 business days, contact us and we'll open an enquiry with Australia Post. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement.
Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address and the parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping at your cost.
International orders
We do not currently ship outside Australia.
