These terms apply to all purchases made through this online store, operated by Formston Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 11 616 178 619, ACN 616 178 619). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About our products
We sell physical books authored by, or featuring, Matt Formston. Product descriptions, photographs, and prices are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order arising from a pricing or description error.
Orders and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed at the time of order through Shopify Payments. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, or stock availability.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this store or our products is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
